Return Policy

Well trained and rigorously supervised crew will do the best to meet the highest standards of customer service and make sure your shopping experience is pleasant and enjoyable.
However, if for any reason you want to return the jewelry you bought from us, we are glad to offer a no-hassle and worry-free 30-day money back guarantee. Just return the merchandise you purchased with attached tag(s) and a copy of your invoice and we gladly will issue a refund for the purchase amount. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date. Please send unwanted merchandise with attached tag(s) and a copy of your invoice to the following address:

When your return is received, it will be processed within 7 business days and the credit will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card) within 7 days. We will contact you to confirm the money return via email or over the phone.
IMPORTANT: Do not remove the tag from jewelry if you want to return it!!! We cannot issue refunds for items with removed tags.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments
All returns must be made through USPS – the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for the lost or damaged items you returned – please make sure you return the merchandise in the sturdy package. Returns sent in envelopes or similar packages will be refused due to potential damage during shipment. In the case your order is returned to us by US Postal Services marked as refused we will charge the “restocking fee” – 25% of your order’s total
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item, please send it to the above address with a copy of your invoice. On the invoice, indicate what item you would like to get in exchange. We will ship the first exchange to you free of shipping charge (USPS First Class Mail shipping only). If you want your exchange to be shipped by a faster service, please contact us. Please note that in that case you will be charged for shipping. Original shipping charge and your expenses for shipping a return to us will not be refunded or reimbursed.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
All purchases of the sales items are final – due to reduced prices we will not be able to accept returns on items purchased during promotional sales. If your order qualified for free shipping and you chose to return all or part of it so that the items you kept do not qualify for free shipping altogether, the corresponding shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount. If you received special prices with any promotion and chose to return part of your order so that the remaining items do not qualify for that promotion, the corresponding adjusted amount will be deducted from your refund. Example: you bought four $7.99 chains with special price of $6.99 each for 3 and more, and returned two chains: the refund will be $11.98.
